Pub Life Policies

No smoking is allowed inside Pub Life.
Parking is available across the street at the Historic Downtown Parking Facility, and the price is included with your stay.
Minimum stays are required on weekends, holidays and special events.
Reservations by deposit or credit card only.
Cancellations require a seven day notice prior to scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations require a fourteen day notice prior to scheduled arrival on holidays.
Check-in time is between 3:00 and 7:00pm unless you make prior arrangements.
Check-out time is prior to 11:00am.
Please make arrangements for late arrival.
Taxes apply: Rates quoted DO NOT include 6% Florida sales tax and 4% county lodging tax.

Pub Life Bed The suite has a well-appointed bedroom with a comfortable double bed; a parlor perfectly suited for entertaining or just relaxing; and a private bathroom with a turn-of-the-century cast-iron, claw-foot bathtub. From the private front porch you can take in scenic views of Matanzas Bay, St. Augustine Inlet, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Castillo De San Marco. Relax in custom-made Adirondack chairs and listen to the horse-drawn carriages wind their way down Orange Street, or just people watch.

You’ve got the entire place to yourself. But remember, there’s a busy pub downstairs. Sure, it is often quiet and tranquil. But on weekend nights...well...you’ll probably be downstairs anyway.

Pub Life Sandwich    Your stay includes:
   • Lunch or dinner chosen from the current menu
   • 3 complimentary beverages per night per person at Ann O’Malley’s Irish Pub.
     To add a little more fun, we’ve installed an old fashioned room service system:
       a bucket, rope and pulley take your order to and from the pub downstairs.
   • The suite is appointed with all the latest amenities to assure your comfort:

     * central heat and air conditioning
     * flat-screen television
     * internet access
     * Complimentary parking at the parking garage
     * and much more...

Please understand, Pub Life is located above a busy pub. The pub has live music 2-4 nights a week, and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and holiday nights, the pub does not close until 2 a.m. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded lodging experience, we can make several recommendations. If you are looking for the opportunity to experience a stay unlike any other, Pub Life is it!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Traveler's Checks, and cash for deposits and final payments.

As a special thank you, we offer 10% discount on room rates to military personnel year round. Please present your ID at check in to obtain the discount.

Pub Life Sandwich For your convenience, we immediately guarantee your reservation with a nonrefundable $50 deposit if you use a credit card. If you wish to pay by check, we ask for a one night pre-payment within five (5) days of your call. We will mail, e-mail or fax confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.

Pub Life is an extremely small property where every guest reservation made is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel within seven (7) days, your reservation will be charged for the full stay unless the room can be rebooked. The full reservation will be charged for no notice of cancellation. Early departures will be charged for the full stay. Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation.

Pub Life Sandwich Rates and policies are subject to change. On weekends there is a two (2) night minimum stay in each room. Major holidays may require up to a three (3) night minimum stay in all rooms.

Pub Life is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outside and on the porches. Pets and children cannot be accommodated. Boarding for your pet can be arranged with advance notice.
